These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "you," or "your") and Natural Wellness Supply, doing business as Restore Biosciences, a company operating in Texas ("we," "us," "our," or "Company"), governing your access to and use of our website https://www.takerestore.com (the "Site"), including any content, functionality, products, and services offered on or through the Site. By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not access or use the Site.

## Eligibility and User Representations

Natural Wellness Supply d.b.a Restore Biosciences may require age verification for purchases, and we reserve the right to refuse service to anyone under 21 or if we suspect non-compliance with these representations.

## Products and Compliance

Our Site offers supplements and hemp-derived CBD products that are compliant with Texas law and the 2018 Farm Bill. All hemp-derived products contain less than 0.3% Delta-9 THC on a dry weight basis and are sourced from licensed producers under the Texas Industrial Hemp Program administered by the Texas Department of Agriculture and the Consumable Hemp Program by the Texas Department of State Health Services (DSHS).

Natural Wellness Supply d.b.a Restore Biosciences holds the necessary DSHS Retail Hemp Registration or Consumable Hemp Product License for our operations, as required for selling consumable hemp products in Texas. Products are tested for potency, purity, and contaminants by third-party laboratories, and certificates of analysis (COAs) are available upon request.

Note: While hemp-derived CBD is legal in Texas, laws regarding intoxicating hemp products (e.g., Delta-8 THC) have been subject to recent legislative discussions. We do not manufacture or sell products for smoking, as prohibited under Texas Health and Safety Code Section 443.204(4). Check your local laws, as regulations may vary, and Natural Wellness Supply d.b.a Restore Biosciences is not responsible for legal issues arising from your use or possession of our products.

## Purchases and Payments

All purchases through the Site are subject to product availability. Natural Wellness Supply d.b.a Restore Biosciences reserves the right to limit quantities, cancel orders, or refuse service at our discretion, including for suspected fraudulent activity.

Prices are listed in U.S. dollars and exclude applicable taxes, shipping, and handling fees, which will be added at checkout. We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and other payment methods as indicated on the Site. Payment is required at the time of purchase, and your order is not confirmed until payment is processed.

By providing payment information, you authorize Natural Wellness Supply d.b.a Restore Biosciences to charge the applicable amount to your chosen payment method. All transactions are secure and processed through third-party payment processors.

## Shipping and Delivery

Natural Wellness Supply d.b.a Restore Biosciences ships products to addresses within the United States, subject to restrictions on hemp products in certain states. Shipping originates from Texas, and we use carriers such as USPS, UPS, or FedEx. Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout but are not guaranteed, as delays may occur due to carrier issues, weather, or customs.

You are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Natural Wellness Supply d.b.a Restore Biosciences is not liable for lost, stolen, or undelivered packages due to incorrect addresses or carrier errors. For perishable items like edibles, note that heat during transit may cause melting; we recommend expedited shipping in warm weather and are not responsible for melted products.

## Returns and Refunds

Natural Wellness Supply d.b.a Restore Biosciences wants you to be satisfied with your purchase. Unopened products may be returned within 30 days of receipt for a full refund, minus shipping costs. Opened products are eligible for returns only if defective or damaged upon arrival.

To initiate a return, contact us at tpeterson@takerestore.com with your order number and reason for return. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days of receiving the returned item.

## Intellectual Property

## Miscellaneous

If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full effect. Our failure to enforce any right or provision shall not constitute a waiver.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Natural Wellness Supply d.b.a Restore Biosciences regarding the Site and supersede any prior agreements.
